Once upon a time, there was a boy who found himself in a strange, new world, even stranger than anything he ever imagined. The boy is one with a big, weird imagination as it is, so it is certainly something when he finds anything strange.
The boy discovered that he was very lucky, as he was greeted by several relatives and friends who helped him, took him in and helped get him settled. The boy and his family and friends had many great adventures, many great laughs, building lots of new great memories, despite the oddities of this City. Having his relatives there made it easier to deal with, and he was very grateful for them.
The boy later learned that the City takes people away, no rhyme or reason for it. Relatives and friends came and went, and soon the boy was the last one of his world left.
It was lonely, of course, being the only one from his world, but it seemed okay, because he made many new friends. And with that, relatives starting returning to the City, without their memories, but what mattered was that they were back. The boy was lucky, because soon, his love arrived, and another one of his favorite people in the whole world.
Things seemed to be back to normal. Though the City was often annoying, it seemed okay, because he had people who cared about him, and friends who inspired him.
Months later, the boy realized that the City goes through repetitive cycles, and he finds himself alone once again.
