halloween
so its been quite some time since my last update
ive been staying busy with work and school
speaking of school i got 2 tests this week so that should be a lot of fun for me.
work is going fine
having fun at freshens
i cant even begin to explain how much easier it is than villa. you have do about 1/3 of the job there.
like villa is fine or whatever, but you have more "jobs" to do than over there
plus my co-workers are more fun and talkative than at villa where everyone (except for a chosen few) is lame.
yesterday i bough an optical wireless mouse
a purchase that i have been needing for about 2 years
i finally had the last straw when my mouse was starting to, you know, not roll.
i cleaned it and changed the battery, but still it was stubborn.
so i was like screw this and went and bought one that night
i am going to kats for thanksgiving
we just have to buy the really expensive plane ticket :/
so thankfully we both work, and will hopefully be able to buy one.
a couple of days ago i turned a corner coming back to my apt and i popped a tire on my bicycle.
so i went to hodgson's bay co, which is like an outdoorsy place and they sell bikes, to get it fixed.
i dont really like that place. they are kinda snobby. so anyway i paid 8 bucks for a fixed inner tube on my tire. then on my way out of the store, i sat on my bike to test it right, and it popped again! so i was like what the hell. i wasnt even out of the store yet and it popped. so i went back in and i was like hey you suck at fixing bikes. and they changed the tire and charged me like 12 bucks more which was a "deal" because the are "usually double that" my ass. i shoulda gotten it for free. but whatever.
theres a new place on chauncey hill called the pita pit. im not sure how many people know about it, but they serve pretty good food. i took kat there to try it for the first time, ad both our pita's were good. the only problem is that its like 5 bucks for a pita, and they are big, but two would really be better. and for $5 i could get 5 double cheese burgers at mcdonalds... but whatever, i try not to eat out as i have a meal plan which is nice.
in football news purdue found their suck switch and they have definitely switched it on. we lost 3 straight
wisconsin, michigan, and NORTHWESTERN. i can see the first 2, but come on people, northwestern. that is like mcneese beating lsu or something. the wisconsin game was the best worst game i have ever been to. best game i have seen, worst cuz we lost. michigan i sold my ticket cuz it was a crappy day in the morning and actually turned out to be good football weather later in the day, but im kinda glad i didnt go cuz we lost and i was really tired from halo the night before.
speaking of halo, the new one comes out on the 9th. i have had it reserved for nearly 2 years now. needless to say its been much anticipated by the gaming world. also the new fifa came out the other week but someone wouldnt get me get it.
