It amused me

Jul 24, 2006 20:28

Was opening the post today at work and found a signed contract with a letter attached to it. What amused me was that in the letter the individual was complaining that we used too much paper to draw up her contract, wasted money by printing out booklets on what I "think" she meant by the pension scheme and that we shouldn't be able to afford to pay ( Read more... )

I have been known for having a go at rail staff, however I made sure the rail staff knew it was not them I was having a go at but their bosses, so they can pass it down to their CEO's.

They knew I was having a go at the managing directors for failing to stratigally plan in advance a decent system of ticket machines. The LONDON underground has ticket machines which either work or permit to travel machines enabling you to by a ticket, which other directors have grasped upon. The managing Directors of the companies must haver stratically planned the problems I had with the machines, and stratically plaaned to be declared as being too high on cocaine (as lets face it the diffence between a managing Director and a charva is "A charva is on Crack and a managing director is on coke (Cocaine)).

Its not the employees fault, its the Managing Directors, who convientently start wetting themselves, or "GETTING OFF" on the deaths of people whenever they are demanded by the customers who pay their renumeration.

Bring back the good old days:

Early 20's train companies in Italy were running late all the time.

about 1924 Italy had enough of it, threatened to shoot the people running the train companies as "Communist Sabutors" if they did not sort it out in a year. 6 Months later the trains ran on time. Lesson learned, high renumeration packages does not motivate that lot. The threat of a firing squad does, now I don't understand why the CBI does not encorage its memebers to work, after all as in the film Brazil, if you wanted to you could easily set up an executive motivation enforcement unit in your companies basements to encourge you executives to work harder. Afer all the French judge at the Nuremberg trials declared directors as "inhuman" in english, and made no mention that it was only the directors on trial he was refering to. As Nuremburg is the basis of Human rights law, then its easy to say any director of any company has been declared "inhuman" in international law so has no "human rights" as to have "human rights" you must first be "human".

Your shares fall, your exectutive motivation enforcement unit would get in the lift and redoploy your exectives to the next level of existence, whatever that is for a FAILED EXECUTIVE.

Well drunken ramble over, hope it was fun. I just hate those people, and cant forget what Company Direcors did to my grandfathers generation, but thats a bigger rant and given what is happening by my people now in Lebanon not one I shoud be ranting about (pot calling kettle black and all that). Am drunk and torn, sorry.
