Scientology? (Item 2 of the 'Letters which will never be sent' series)
(This started off as a rant and then kinda turned into something of an abusive letter ^_^' so enjoy...)
Srsly! I just saw this little 'Scientology' video that features Tom Cruise saying all kinds of stuff about psychology being a psudo-science and that all these diagnosed disorders are made up and that the medications are useless because how can a medicine work when it has nothing to fix (oh bet you thought you had us there didn't ya asshat? pfft.). He was saying that he was against all psychologists and also the people who take the medications. I took that personally because I'm on one of the medications that the group listed as being false and sure it hasn't fixed me but it certainly has kept me from getting worse! Well okay I know he wasn't directing it at me personally but it still pissed me off because he was acting all high and mighty going "Did you know that psychology was developed by Nazi's in Germany to use in the PoW camps!?! You should all study the true history of psychology!"...yeah well you know what I don't give a flying monkey's left nut who made it up (which totally wasn't the Germans by the way, it was developed way before that n00b, I dunno they may have fixed any flaws or something but you are the one who needs to see the facts, maybe from a book that isn't propaganda from those Scientology ppl hmm?) it helps people, psychologists do more than just prescribe medicines and I have seen much more proof of it helping people than of it harming them. Before having a go at Psychology for being a psudo-science then maybe, just maybe you should take a look at the fact that you are involved in a cult...I don't care how many followers it has, nothing changes the cold honest truth that you are supporting a whacked out religious sect that is brain washing its followers, much like what Charles Manson was involved in...how do you like that example hmm?
FYI I don't care for the fact that Scientologists think that they need to push their beliefs down our throats. If you had stayed off my TV this wouldn't have happened. I know for 100% fact that I will never be a Scientologist so looks like there is at least one person who you won't get into your cult no matter how hard you try...so much for that everyone will follow our religion (cult) hey.
