Building Thoughts

With the thought that I might be returning to college and have plans to build my own B&B in the future, it would seem to me that getting a degree in Architecture would be the smartest move. Well, I would *love* to learn how to do all the fancy art/animation/illustration that one can learn through Noman school like Jessica Dru did. But that's got not practical application in my future.

I would also love to go into animal husbandry but I haven't researched what I could do with a degree like that in LA to earn a living that would help me afford my goals.

I enjoy plants and might find landscaping rewarding but again don't know that I could use that to make a good enough living in LA to make it worth my while. I really don't like the focus on non-sustainable landscaping out here so perhaps I could use such a degree to start an eco-friendly landscaping business, especially if I minored in this and majored in business.

I'm still researching it all which is why I put out the cry for advice. Suddenly I wish I'd put forth my intentions differently. There are several screened posts responding to the public post that made me feel like I was being told off for being foolish. I'm trying very hard to be open minded and not become defensive or stubborn. Being Water is not the easiest thing for me...funny since my Chinese sign is that of a Water Dog. The Dog I can understand...water...that's never seemed quite like me. I'm more Earth or Wood, with my stubborn nature and interest in how things work on the most basic levels.

Anyway...thanks for taking the time to help me focus my thinking. And for taking the time to form any opinion or interest at all.
