With All The Wonderful Worlds In the Galexy
I got a job today. It was so nice to actually hear that they DID want to hire me... That means I was only out of work for a week, which still with my current financial state isn't that great. Although, it is better than when I left the Scooter Shop since the time between that and the job at Cranes was 3 rough months. Well, with that said, what is the job you ask?
I will be working as a Research Judge for a Vendor known as Wimmer Solutions. They in turn seem to have been hired by the brainchild of Uncle Bill, Microsoft. Basically, I'll be given oodles of tasks to essentially google through the MSN Live site and then take answer a few questions on how useful the site was and other information like that. Sadly, I didn't get the remote part of the job, which does mean I will be trekking to the Great Far Land of Kirkland daily. But the pay is well and it's for at least 7 week, upon which they may get another contract or possibly advance some of the people on this one, if not knowing that there is a possible end date of employment means that I can plan it out and search for hard and long to have another job set up for when that one ends.
I'm really excited actually. I like the concept of not being in retail, even if it's short lived.
I want to do something a much deeper post, but I fear that will have to wait, was I"m not much wanting to type at length tonight.
