An Ideologue's Idea Log for the Ides of February

Things I can do tonight to ensure that I'll feel well enough to perform on Saturday:

  1. Ginger.
  2. Tea.
  3. Soup.
  4. Steam.
  5. Go to bed early.
  6. Melatonin, to facilitate the above.
  7. Don't do anything that will keep me up, like games, reading, or Netflix.
  8. Norco (the drug, not the cow-town in Riverside County) if the pain gets bad.
