Working up to the big day!

I'm doing a lot of the final prep for the May 1st official launch of Or It Didn't Happen Photography. I still have some logo design work to do, and I have to get the new e-mail squared away (don't want to use my music e-mail for photography, nor vice versa). Of course, the more "adventure photography" I can do between now and then, the better.

In good news, it looks like the San Diego Troubadour will be using at least a couple of my photos of the Adams Avenue Unplugged festival from this past weekend. I also got good feedback from the San Diego Reader, but I'd missed their print deadline by 12 hours, so I'll be sure to get everything squared away by midnight Monday the next time I photograph a weekend event. I've submitted queries to seven other publications, as well, but I've yet to hear back from any of them, and I might not ever, but one can always hope, right?

I'm pretty excited about this. :)
