I've lost 10 lbs so far in the last 2 months. Not as much as I could have, but you know what? I'm not complaining! Especially since it seems like most of what I'm losing is coming off of my belly. I never thought I'd see visible results so quickly!
Honestly, I haven't been putting very much effort into diet or exercise lately. I've been trying to eat more whole foods, going roller skating once a week, and just getting out of the house more often.
I'm thinking I would really like to buckle down more and set some more defined goals and "rules" if you will. Ideally I'd like to stop eating ANY processed foods, and any prepared/packaged foods with corn or soy additives. But we'll see. Haha. I'm thinking maybe careful moderation would be better than complete elimination.
