like an acid trip without the acid or the trip!
o lordy, i finally became sick for the first time since 2006. still am quite sick, actually. we're talking the common cold, but intensified....i spent yesterday being pinned down by my head, fighting some whanging migraines. these illnesses are the worst, because they infect your DREAMS. you know how it goes....anytime you finally, thankfully pass out, your slumber-imagery comes out totally lame and repetitive. mine involved being at an auto repair shop, waiting for a car to be fixed....even in my subconscious, i was yelling: "ah, fer crying out loud, brain, you can do better!"......such is the nature of being sixx0rz. even yer mind turns against you, like the "bad" Terminator.
the real downside, though, was missing hair police last night. huh, how about that....a person looks forward to a show for several months, and their body fails them. happened tonight as well....two shows were a-happenin', one at cranky yellow, and one at mangia. one hopes that a full recovery can be made for tomorrow night's show, where i'm taking money at the door.
