Ok, so if you didn't ever find out, my kitty Claire got beat up, and for a while she was in REAL pain. It was sad. But on Wednesday (the day it happened), Amy and Betsy went to the vet with our mom (and grandpa, I guess). Anyway that made me happy that Betsy went - like when she came over b/c Twinkle died. It's nice that people (mostly Katy and Betsy in this case) care about things like Claire, too. It makes me feel loved that they care. ^_^
So this weekend I was home alone, with Claire. It was fun - I actually was kinda dreading it, b/c I had to give Claire pills, which is H-A-R-D, o_O plus I just felt bad, like Claire was gonna die and it would be MY fault. But now I realize that it was actually a huge blessing. Yeah, i lived with the fear that I would kill Claire, but I was also the only one who watched her start eating again, and when she walked up the stairs. SUCH JOY!
Anyway...the rest of the weekend - uh, I rented Napoleon Dynamite which was okay. It was funny enough (because it made me think of Mr. Frink), but not funny enough, or un-funny enough to really make a stir, as far as I'm concerned. There was one REALLY funny part, but I don't remember it.
I think Paper Mario (the Game Cube game, which I rented) is much funnier. I cracked up when I first saw Luigi. ^_^
Yesterday Grandpa and I went out to eat at Bravo. It was great! =D We didn't know it, but I guess on Sunday they have a brunch thing. It was sooooo good! It wasn't the standard omelettes and quiche brunch - noo, there were about 7 different meat dishes, some pastas, potatoes, and then the regular breakfast things. It was SO good, plus it's fun to draw on the "tablecloth".
Oh, yeah, and there was hardly anyone at church in the morning, but it was still great! :D
