World Champs!
2008 World Champion Philadelphia Phillies! It may have taken three days to
fit in all 9 innings, but the victory is just as sweet.
It's hard to explain how much this means to the area's sporting psyche if
you haven't lived through the drought, but other than the Sixers
championship when I was 2, there hasn't been a major championship since I
was born in '81. It was awesome to witness the Phantoms 2nd Calder Cup in
person, but this is still special on TV.
