timetable's out and i'm pretty glad. because i need to go to school for like 2 hours only on 2 days! & that means i still get to go ssc at least 3times a week. but i'm still gonna make it 4, or even 5. :( i really need all the help i could get. i went through the whole post op acl progression sheet, and i'm supposed to be doing leg press and calf ( Read more... )

silly...ter's a reason y uncle jo / jo my ass does so many upper body work n oso core plus oblique on u rather den askg u to do on ur injured leg.u nita get adapt it cos we cant give more pressure on ur injured leg n further inflame it. it'll nt brin u any gd yea? bear wit it dun get urge to rush into recovering ur injured leg. i believe ter's proccess in doin tis alrite. come on gal..thou u op on ur right leg but ur entire body gota change as ur right leg is kinda weak still..their reason behind is definitely for ur gd yea?
