timetable's out and i'm pretty glad. because i need to go to school for like 2 hours only on 2 days! & that means i still get to go ssc at least 3times a week. but i'm still gonna make it 4, or even 5. :( i really need all the help i could get. i went through the whole post op acl progression sheet, and i'm supposed to be doing leg press and calf raisers and balancing. uncle jo, or jo my ass, could you stop all your core and upper body work. i think my upper body is so heavy for my knees to carry. in time to come, i think one step that i take, i'll just fall flat on my face cos' the knee has nothing to carry me, :( there were alot of issues regarding the crutch and the brace. i know i'm three weeks away to full range. that's another 48degrees. i can't complain because i have a friend, she has 2 weeks to do 55degrees or else it's gonna b hell. k, i shall do 2 weeks 48 degrees. another issue. i cannot control my knee from falling inwards, and i get this feeling that the knee is cutting at the MCL. ;(
