(no subject)
Mom found a baby bird. A robin. She almost ran it over with the lawnmower. It's in a small fish tank, buried under a towel, above a heat rock on our kitchen counter right now. It will probably die tonight, but if it doesn't I'm going to take it to the humane society after work tomorrow.
I called off of work today, & intend to call & tell my manager that I won't be coming in any more tomorrow. There has been talk of layoffs at R&D, but Mom doesn't see it happening & I was just offered more hours this afternoon. We'll see how that goes.
I'm going over to Adam's shortly to watch the movie we rented on Monday with him. Insanely in love with that boy. We are going to write songs together this summer (most likely myself writing lyrics & him writing music).
Nikki was supposed to come over, but we talked at three & she was supposed to call & hasn't yet. Hm. Perhaps I'll see her when I get back from Adam's.
