is anyone else getting married?
I swear every time I turn around I find out that another one of my friends is engaged. I got a call from my cousin Tasha yesterday asking me to be in her wedding on July 23rd. It will be a great time and a lot of fun it was just rather unexpected. Plus, Heidi and I will be helping to plan the bridal shower and the bachelorette party since Tasha's younger sister is the maid of honor. That will make for a busy summer or at least the first half of summer will be busy. In addition to my cousin's wedding this year, I already have 3 weddings to go to next year. My stepsister Corey is getting married at the beginning of June 2006 and the week after that my friend Jim is getting married. Plus, my old roommate Emily got engaged about a month ago and they're planning on getting married in October 2006. Yesterday I found out that Emily and Tyler (different Emily; these are two people I went to high school with) are also getting married sometime next summer. Finally my friend Mike is getting married next fall. It feels like every time I turn around there is another person planning a wedding. Next year is shaping up to be a year of weddings. Oh well, at least wedding are fun. :)
