Pointless Sunday night blather

After an utterly futile shopping excursion this afternoon, I've concluded that with the exception of food, clothing, and shoes, I'm much better off just making all of my purchases online. I visited a local Barnes & Noble, KB Toys, & Blockbuster, armed with a list of specific books, magazines, toys, and videos that I needed to purchase, but NONE of the stores had a SINGLE item that I wanted. Arrgh. "Well, we can order it for you and you can pick it up in a few days!" Yeah, or I can just order it online and save myself a trip, and most likely some money as well. And that way, I can avoid stumbling over the assholes lying on the floor of the Biography section at B&N.

I love the internet. It's making it so much easier to achieve my goal of being a bitter, housebound, anti-social freak. ;-)
