Way back in the day, when there were three networks and you had less than twenty channels with basic cable, there was USA Network. It still exists, technically, but it's just a generic look-alike channel with no identity. In the 80's, USA was spectacularly crappy, much like Fox. Commander USA's Groovy Movies! To this day, a lot of stations have their local terrible horror movie hosts. Usually they're in the vein of Elvira, but USA went in a bit of a different direction. Behold! (Warning: extreme cheese ahead.)
