Damn, I've been thinking about how I went from 0 to 50 situps in a year of inconsistant workouts, so last night I did 50 and decided to see how far I could go. As I approached 70, I said, 'Hey, let's go for 100!' And I did! I was starting to hurt a bit by then, so I decided not to push it any farther. I'm shocked at how easy it is to get into shape! Now I just need to figure out a good way to work my arms!
