I just wasn't fast enough!
I was recently visiting Debra and (of course) photographing the peacocks. I watched Big Bird for awhile as he was making his way up a large tree.
When he was sitting still on a branch, I got a nice shot of him looking upward. I figured he was going to fly to the next branch soon, and I thought I would be ready.
But No! He was way faster than me! It's amazing how these huge birds with their magnificent feathers and wings can get it all together and move/fly so quickly.
