I guess I didn't write my post very well. I only worked on a small area yesterday, a six-foot long counter space. That is what I got cleared and cleaned off--just a small part of the entire job. But that is one of four places where paperwork, cards, catalogues, correspondence, old files, etc. just seemed to end up until it was piled a foot high. I probably should have taken a picture first. I think I will do that right now. (OK, I just took pictures of the studio so when I get finished I can do "before & after.")

I don't know what I am going to do with all my glass yet. I have more than enough to start up a good sized stained glass shop, and so many books & designs & tools. The girl who cuts my hair also does mosaics and she is going to come over next week and take a lot of my scrap glass. That will be a start. I don't want to get rid of all my glass because I am not giving it up completely. There's still a lot I want to do with glass.

Yes, I did get a new printer last week. On the old one, the roller heads went bad. I got an upgrade and so far I really like it. I am so looking forward to when I can move from the little cramped space I am in now to the new and improved studio I am trying to create.

I love contrast, too. I am constantly looking for light against dark.
