Autobaun on ice

Busy weekends are the best. Friday I went to the Robinson Observatory on campus (largest telescope in Florida). My friend Paul has been trying to get me to go to one of the training nights there so I can learn how to use it. It was a lot of fun learning how to move the 4000 pound telescope around, and now all I have to do is schedule a individual training night to certify me so I can use it anytime I want. Saturday I went to Ormond Beach with Vince for work. It was a fairly easy day, only a few problems. Kara came up to visit for the rest of the weekend, and Sat night a bunch of us carved pumpkins. Check my fotolog for mine...I did the girl that you see on the back of mudflaps. It was a lot more fun than I thought it would be. Sunday Pete and I went to a Mazda drive event at the convention center. I got to drive a RX-8 and the new MX-5 miata. After that, a few of us went to Paul's photo show at Natura. This kid is the best photographer I've ever seen. http://www.paulgardner.mine.nu/home/ check out his site and you'll see what I'm talking about. It looks like my trip to Europe is going to be pushed back a few months due to no one having enough money. It should work out better this way too. If I get a job far away, I really don't know how I would of moved and all, and then have gone to Europe and back in 2 weeks. Also, this way we won't be stuck in a cold German winter. If you know me at all, you know that I haven't seen snow in over 10 years, and the closest thing I have to snow gear is a sweater. Could be a problem if I get a job in Washington.
