Just FYI, it wasn't just my own depression keeping me away from LJ but daily chaos, too. As if life isn't insane enough already in my house, my husband got laid off in January, and then before we could use his unemployment as an opportunity to fix things around the house, he was struck with vertigo and couldn't make it out bed. I have this awful habit of dredging up mistakes I've made in the past and dying of embarrassment/shame all over again. It's pointless, really. Nothing can be done about it.
