Criteria for new members?

It seems like we still get a trickle of new members every so often. But BTripp pointed out to me that the probability of applicants actually being re-sold EA accounts is constantly on the rise.

So I was thinking, should there be an additional criteria to join up? Something invasive like "you're going to have to show me your oldest entry", or is that too creepy?
