Soy Milk For The Win

Quick update on my last post; I started drinking soy milk in the morning w/ my cereal and the tingling/achy joints have totes vanished.

B12. Who knew?

Also, my hand feels better. Not sure if that is just time, or what, but looks like cutting out all forms of dairy and/or its replacements is not going to ever happen for me.

Milk. Mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm. ilk.
