[Walking into the room with more decorations, Lantis pauses before smiling a bit to see Eagle struggling with the curious kittens. He enjoys the sight for a moment before coming closer and setting the box down. With a clicking of his tongue, he calls the kitten down to him who jumps down from the tree and onto Lantis' shoulder.]

Though now that the kitten is out of the tree Eagle can plug in that star. It does look much better when lit. ]

I don't suppose there is any way to keep them from doing that?

Probably toys they can climb on.

That does sound like a good idea. Maybe it would get them to leave the curtains alone too...

[Offering a helping hand Eagle reached up and grabbed the small kitten, giving him a ride back to the floor where an empty box could be instantly dived into. ]

Did you find another box?

Spraying them with water will help too.

[Lantis nods as he opens the box.]

[The first bath has obviously not occurred yet...

Lantis had said the things in the box looked nice but to Eagle the person searching through the box looked better. It wasn't a sudden or out of place thought to walk over, wrap his arms around Lantis, and give him a kiss so the mistletoe that had suddenly appeared in the apartment went entirely unnoticed. He just felt the need to kiss Lantis and he saw no reason to be shy about it. ]

Usually. They don't mind drinking it but they do dislike being sprayed or placed in...hm?

[His explanation is soon cut off by Eagle coming over. The kiss isn't that surprising really so he doesn't question it and just gives him one back. Lantis is far less shy about affections when they have privacy like this.]

[Something about cats...?
Eagle doesn't pay attention. It is far more important to switch from the soft kiss he usually used to something a touch more romantic. Eagle placed a kiss on Lantis's upper lip and then slowly moved away just enough to look up into his eyes. Only then did it dawn on him that Lantis might have been saying something.]

[That's okay. Lantis really can't remember what he was saying. He's far too distracted by kissing times. And then distracted by the look in those eyes.]

...we could finish decorating later?

Mm, It isn't like the tree is going to go anywhere...

[Unless the cat gets into the middle of it again.]

[Now you know why he wrote that story about it. Catching Lantis under the mistletoe has been something of a dream of his since last year. ]

[Lantis might let some of this stay in the apartment when the curse ends. You know, just "forget" to take it down.]
