Mistletoe curse

[ Video / Apartment Action ]

Oh no!

[ Eagle gasped as he stretched up towards the top of the tree trying in vain to reach the peak of the beautifully decorated Christmas tree that was standing in the middle of the apartment living room. A few boxes formerly filled with ornaments were still scattered around the room, evidence that the tree had ( Read more... )

Action because I can and he wants to. ^^ forever_captain December 11 2011, 17:42:28 UTC
[Jack was never against kissing people on a normal bases, but even he had noticed the urges were stronger today than any other day.

Still, hiding away was hardly his thing, and passing by Eagle while out was even less his thing.]

You know, I can't help but feel it's a bit of a waste when attractive, young, men are out on their own. Granted, it's an improvement to the scenery.

Action Yea, yea... this is a good curse for a Jack-muse :P eagleofautozam December 11 2011, 18:01:59 UTC
[A waste? Jack was always such a flirt!
As Eagle looked at him, fully intending some kind of flirtatious counter remark, he was suddenly struck by just how handsome Jack really was. It had never been a secret, even Jack himself knew it, that he was a very attractive man but some how today… Eagle felt the best way to respond to a compliment like that was to catch Jack off guard and kiss him fully on the lips.
Obviously this was the best way to deal with the compliment.]

Oh, he loves it :p forever_captain December 11 2011, 18:29:49 UTC
[Well! It wasn't the first time he'd been greeted with a kiss, but he certainly wasn't expecting that from Eagle. That said, Jack would never complain about being kissed by attractive individuals.

Plus...it was Eagle.

And, since it was Eagle, Jack had no problem making the kiss deeper and a bit hotter.]

A curse like this does give him the perfect excuse. eagleofautozam December 11 2011, 18:47:30 UTC
[Usually people are a bit more restrained when Eagle kisses them. What a change kissing Jack was! It was so full of emotion.
Even as pleasant as it was he couldn't help a fleeting feeling that he really shouldn't be enjoying this...
Eagle moved a hand up to place it on Jack's shoulder thinking that this should be put to an end but instead, due to the power of the mistletoe and doubtless Jack's expertise in this area, the hand became more of a friendly restraint trying to prevent Jack from leaving. ]

Boy, does he know it. forever_captain December 12 2011, 13:14:11 UTC
[His hands decide they want in on this too and one finds it's way to Eagle's hair while the other goes to his shoulder, also in an effort to prevent the kiss from ending. He was probably enjoying this a little too much, but he was also quick to blame it on the curse and just give in.]

Terrible. :P eagleofautozam December 13 2011, 00:43:16 UTC
[Wasn’t it terrible to allow himself to be swept away like this? Still… Eagle was unable to break free. Due to the curse or maybe he was just enjoying himself a little too much his mind was a blank, unable to consider anything other than the moment he was in.
Jack seemed to feel the same way since every move he made felt designed to encourage more attention. He was a very attentive partner, it was impossible not to give in and try to match the interest with a little more enthusiasm of his own. ]

[A part of him really just wanted to keep kissing Eagle but the effects of the mistletoe were wearing off and, while the curse had really only pushed him to do something he'd been wanting to do for a long time, he knew he needed to break it off. The captain broke the kiss and pulled away....though, not far.]

Sorry.

[The spell broken, Eagle blinked several times before glancing slightly away. The kiss had been much more than he had been expecting, intense even, not at all unwanted… but that was really the problem wasn’t it? Now that he could think clearly again it was terribly embarrassing and left the door wide open for a feeling of guilt to creep in. Jack had some one special in the City and so did he. Lantis wasn’t really the jealous type, but Eagle was tired of doing things that ended up hurting him. Lantis was so sweet, he did desire better than that.
Of course even if he did feel guilty it might be noticed that he hadn‘t bothered to move away from Jack.]

It was a curse, wasn‘t it? Nothing that could be helped.

[Jack knew he should move away, break the desire to continue that kiss that was no longer mistletoe-induced, and walk away. But he didn't want to, so he smirked at Eagle's statement instead.]

Guess so..too bad too..I enjoyed it.

[So did I...

It wasn't something he could say. Instead he just stepped back adding some much needed distance between them. ]

I'm sorry...

[Jack smiled, not letting his emotions get the better of him.]

It was a good kiss; I'll take it. Rare things should be admired from afar, right?

Rare things, you always find something charming to say.

[Things charming enough to bring back Eagle's smile. ]

I suppose... it is something like that.
