[Angry red text. Hmm. Eagle is a bit to lazy to type out a reply, so a vocal reply to a text message is forthcoming. ]

I have a few too many names on my list to just stop. Once I take care of all of these people I will be able to take a break for a while.

[ Tyr just looks at him, and his white cloak covers his form. Eagle gets another message on his device while Tyr seemingly does nothing. ]

You don't remember, but the City often creates memories for its own convenience. This isn't your real self.

[Death!Eagle reads the message but decides since Tyr is standing right there he might as well answer out loud. ]

Then what is my real self? And what about you? Haven’t you always been the same as you are now?

[ This face twitches, the whites of his eyes flashing black but they're normal again in literally a blink of an eye. ]

You're Eagle. You're a scientist and you're somewhat amoral, but you're not a murderer. [ Yes, this is Tyr's actual impression... ]

[Poor Eagle doesn’t know this is a false impression of who he is… but the fake memories he appears to have now really are strong and vivid. He doesn‘t really want to give them up, not after being unable to remember anything for so long.]

Death isn’t a murderer, Death just is. I have been called Eagle in the past but this feels more normal than that did.

If you are cursed you should worry about your own situation, I am quite content with mine.

[ Although Tyr doesn't show any visible change after that, he does remain a combination of livid and worried. ]

I don’t see why I would regret it. If I didn’t collect these people some other reaper would.

Because you know you're not just "collecting" them like they're items. You're making them die.

But, they are going to die anyway Tyr. All mortal things die… You should know that. I am just making their final passing as peaceful as I can. It is much better than watching them struggle. Isn’t it compassionate?

[ Tyr, for once, starts walking towards Eagle, but he still doesn't change his expression or speak. ]
