This weekend I finally remembered who I was… How many people must have died while I was ignoring my duties? I will have to work extra hard to catch up.
[ With no previous memories it was very easy for the curse to imprint a new set of false memories on Eagle. The cries of the weak, the death of millions during a deadly black plague, the ever present list of those soon to die… the people who would have to be collected by him. He remembered all of those important things.

[ The black cloaked figure was able to walk by the mortals he passed as if he was nothing more than a slight breeze. Eagle strolled leisurely but with purpose guided directly toward his first victim of the day by his newfound senses.
A man rounded the corner, stumbling out into the middle of the road just in front of Eagle. His neck was bloody and he was so weak from the blood loss that he fell to the ground only seconds after making his appearance. ]
Help… me…
[ The man gasped and reached out a hand searching for Eagle’s help. ]
Yes, of course I will. This won’t hurt at all.
[ Eagle raised his scythe bringing the blade down at the man in a swift reaping action. Though the guy was not actually physically cut by the sharp instrument his body jerked backward and the rest of his life drained away. ]
