Given the recent message I believe every citizen received this afternoon I have decided to close Geo’s Sweet Shoppe until this strange event is over. It will reopen at the incident’s conclusion.
While I have doubts about this transaction being mentioned or that the offered prizes will actually be given out, at least this extra free time will give everyone a chance to explore the possibility.

[The dark halls and flickering lights of the alien building are the first things to appear on this second video. For the moment the creatures who are busying themselves going from consol to consol seem only mildly interested in the alien in their midst. They look up from their work occasionally to see what Eagle is doing but they make no move towards him and he does not make any move against them. Maybe it was a novelty to have such a strange looking guest interested in what they were doing.
As one of the creatures moves away from the consol closest to Eagle he took that chance to raise his arm and run a little scan of the control box. Only then did the creature react… hurrying back to Eagle and giving him a sound push forcing the Commander back against the wall and jostling the Network device enough to cause the video to end. ]
