Ask for their address. Then cut and paste the section on the FDCPA from Wikpedia into a letter and include the sentence, "You are already in violation of this act through your excessive calling and hostile language. I hereby insist that COMPANY NAME cease contacting me by phone at any number until I formally request otherwise.", sign the letter, and send it by certified mail.

Note that they have one more opportunity to call you. Also note that, if you DO owe this money, they might well sue, but also note that, since they've been calling you on your cell, you can countersue for harassment and you'll have the phone records access to prove it. I'd personally advise against threatening to sue them in your letter, though, because they could use that as a justification for starting legal proceedings. It's enough to let them know that you know the law and that you know they violated it.

The one time I was contacted by a collection agency, I fought them, and they just sent the bill back to the company they'd bought it from. Heh.

(Legal disclaimer: I am not a lawyer, this does not qualify as professional legal advice. ;) )

Mention that they have violated the Fair Debt and Collections Act. Also be sure to state that you will only be dealing with the original company (to whom you owe the money). That helps.
