Last weekend
This weekend was really nice. I went out with a friend on Friday to do a little window shopping and then hung out the rest of the night at home watching movies. My friend, Pattrick came over as well and chilled while we watched Murder by Death (a great movie...funny as all hell). Saturday I went over to Gordon's house to hang there until he had to go to CCRI to perform in a play called "The Shape of Things." It's a very interesting play. Extremely well done on his part and the other actors'. When he came out of backstage after the production I ran over and jumped him laying a big-ass kiss on him! hehe...I've always wanted to do that lol.
One thing though that I realized on Saturday was that I haven't had any "me-time" in a while. I mean, yeah I've been hangin out alone at my place, but there's all kinds of clutter going on there because of exams and papers and stuff like that that I need to get away from. And as I was getting onto 138 to go to wal-mart (i was picking up some sexy underwear and some candy on my way to Gordon's house...you do the math...:-D) I felt drawn to drive down to Richmond and be away from everything for a while. Realizing however that I didn't plan to do that and therefore sadly didn't have enough time. However I am going to make ammends for that this weekend. Friday I'm going to spend some time with Gordon, Saturday I'm going to the Anthesteria Ritual at my Temple; and then Sunday I'm going to take a long walk in the woods (or rather the bike path behind our house in Cranston ...possibly hopping into the woods later on.) it has been a long time since I have gone off to worship in the Gardens at URI and I have been seriously thinking about doing it. It would be really nice to worship out doors again. And I have been doing that for so long (every spring I go out and set up an outdoor altar and worship there. It's wonderful, communing with Zeus out in the wilderness...at first I thought it was Pan or Apollon, but the beard gives him away...it's Zeus allright).
So in short I'm looking forward to this weekend as well as this last one being a pretty good success. Yesterday was kinda stressfull because I went to see the Matine of the performance Gordon was in and then we both disovered at the last minute that he had to stay and help strike the set....the WHOLE set before we left for the cast party...going to take at least three hours...I was less than pleased with this as I could have gone home and had "Me-Time" that morning if I had known we weren't going to get to the cast party until eight oclock. Not that I don't want to spend time with Gordon, but I had all Saturday that I spent with him. And he understood what I meant. It would have been nice to have known ahead of time what was going on (on both our parts) that's all. because then we could have made plans. So I got home late last night, having to do lots of theory homework when I needed to be sleeping and preparing for my Jury today. Oh well. It all worked out in the long run. I'm looking forward to seeing him again this weekend (especially with that new sexy underwear). It will be soooooooooooo nice! hehe.
