Last weekend and this weekend
Last weekend was wonderful. Gordon (my new boyfriend) and I went out on a date on Friday and exchanged valentine's day gifts. We went out to a concert and then back to his house for a little while. On Saturday i went up to my temple to celebrate the marriage of Hera and Zeus. The ceremony was beautiful...absolutely beautiful! I was invited to stand in for the Hier, who was busy with other things which was a big thing for me. It answered many questions I had about Zeus and I wonder a bit about my relationship with him. I have a feeling that I have a stronger tie to him than I originally thought. One thing's for certain, He was there next to me at the ceremony, as was his wife Hera, next to Julia, the Hiera.
Saturday night I went back to Gordon's house to do a second celebration of Valentine's Day. He cooked up some chicken and noodles for us with a really tastey sauce on it. He is an excellent cook. Afterwards we watched "My Big Fat Greek Wedding (perfect after the ceremony...lol). Then we went to bed and...well I'll leave that part out to your imagination my dear friends...:-) Also a wonderful ending to Theogamia.
This weekend looks like it's gonna be pretty hectic. Gordon and I have another date on Friday and then Saturday I have to usur at a concert at URI, then Sunday I have another concert to perform in...I'm gonna be exhausted by Sunday night. And I need to get my car taken care of as soon as Dad sends me an email letting me know if I can use the credit card or not to fix it. I hope I can because I'll have to borrow money from Grandma otherwise and I want to save as much of that money as possible.
Oh well, I'll give offerings to Hermes this week and see if he can help me get the tire fixed for a low price or something...any assistance from that Divine Family of mine is greatly appreciated! :-)
