Joe runs a dungeony adventure for Sarah on a regular basis (this is different from the Faerie's Tale adventure he runs for the two of us on occasion). They've asked me to join their adventures and I admitted to Joe that, while I'm more than willing to join them, I needed his help finding any sort of enthusiasm for the idea (I don't always love playing makebelieve with kids (by myself or with other grownups is a different story), and the Well of Maternal Exuberance and Patience is running a little dry, right now). Joe's response? Suggesting a character setup for me that would make me a badass monster hunter, heir to a long line of badass monster hunters.
