A necessary reminder: getting out of the house, seeing humans I like, and dancing will cure just about anything that might ail me. I've been maudlin and drippy for days, maybe weeks -- everything I try to say or write comes out just unbelievably melancholy and gloomy and embarrassingly maudlin. 10 hours out of the house, talking with friends and getting in plenty of dancing and sunshine, though, and I'm still feeling the uplifting effects a day later.
