I'd been spending a dollar a trade at Zunafish.com trying to offload two dozen Oprah book club winners that I'd gotten at thrift stores (hoping to raise money at a book sale but that didn't work out). Zunafish's biggest failures: reciprocal trades only AND no way to save your "wish list."
BookMooch takes a cue from sites like LaLa and doesn't require reciprocity. You give away a book, you earn a point. You spend the point on a book you want. Brilliant. You can save your wish list, and if the book shows up later, you're notified. And...
