So, I'm in the first week (of 16) of marathon training, and I'm already 4 miles short. Dammit. Part of the problem is that I'm bloody tired, and tend to fall asleep after work a lot. I also can't wake up early enough before work to go run. But last night? I was a dumbass and ate a mess of protein before running, with no crabs to balance that
