Whoops.

So, I'm in the first week (of 16) of marathon training, and I'm already 4 miles short. Dammit. Part of the problem is that I'm bloody tired, and tend to fall asleep after work a lot. I also can't wake up early enough before work to go run. But last night? I was a dumbass and ate a mess of protein before running, with no crabs to balance that out. Helloooooo stomach cramps. Not good. The sleeping too much is starting to bug me. It's also bothering Zach, since I'm hitting snooze for 2 hours.

I need to get a laptop or summat for our bedroom, since I tend to think of these wonderful posts right before I go to sleep, and I don't want to get up and go into the other room to type them out. I'll see if I can reconstruct last night's later.

So - goals for this weekend:

- Run at least 4 miles every day (Fri., Sat., Sun.)
- Strength train two of those days
- Pack for AK
- Be somewhat productive in another area

That's achievable.
