The woman across from me is reading aloud with her daughter, so as not to lose her native tongue.
The young guys nearby are discussing Jesus and how He saved them once they accepted Him.
The man next to me is patiently waiting for his coffee to brew and takes the time to call someone close to him--it sounds like perhaps it is his wife. He discusses the coffee traffic and then flips the newspaper to the crossword puzzle and helps her with the words that had eluded her on this day.
The eye candy is on the phone the same time I am and when I tell my friend I discover that I can't visually inspect further because he is staring at me. I fear he can hear my conversation, read my lips, or worse is telling his friend that there is no eye candy at the coffee house today.
I came here for reason and find it likely that I will leave without having accomplished it.
