Random Thoughts
As my laundry piles up on the floor, I instead turn to the comfort of LJ- who needs clean clothes? (warning: Erin may be a "What not to wear" if she doesn't get her clothes in the wash!) So let's see, it seems these days I am updating more often than my friends, which is not fun, I want to read OTHER entires, not my own! So here's what's been going down in Erin's world these past couple of days.
1) This weekend Lee and I are are going to a training to be couples that work with other couples in the church who are soon to be getting married. We go through the course this weekend, and then later in the year, we get to put on our own classes. It should be fun, it's always good to step back and put thought and time into your relationship, plus I think it's cool that our priest wanted us to be the "newly married couple" in future classes. So that's that.
2) We are considering taking out a loan of about 30,000 - 50,000 and investing it with a client of Lee's who is filthy rich. He does development, and we put in x amount, and then Lee offers his services of engineering, and then we get back like quadruple that amount when the property sells... a very interesting, exciting, and somewhat scary venture to undergo. But Lee really likes and trusts this guy so it will be interesting to see how it all goes down- maybe we'll be rich one day! Ha ha.
3)Gee, my news has been pretty boring so far, eh? Let's see, well, there was last night when we got wasted, went to a strip club and had a threesome with a stripper... oh no wait, that's not my life- far too exciting... ummm... oh! There's the time I was trying to sell my drugs to my pepes on the corner, and the po-po tried to chase me down and there was this awesome carchase... umm, yeah, again, not Erin's life.
I suppose I should just accept my simple life and be happy with it! On that note, I am going to do my laundry, go running, and fix dinner for my loving husband... I'll keep you posted if something spectacular happens between now and then! Until then- Peace!
