Sorry Girls!
Well last night was a bust. The plans were: Lee goes to hockey game with friends, Erin goes to friends house to hang out. However, Lee was running late from work, so drove to hockey game on his own, then lo-and-behold, his peice of crap truck stopped running, he had to push himself into the median. Then his drunk ass friends were"too wasted" to come and get him. In comes the trusty wife. I went to get him, wait for AAA with him to tow the truck (over an hour), and then we were starving so we got a bite to eat. The mechanic guy said it's something with his transmission (i think) which apparently is like a $1000 repair. Ugh. So we were both pissy, and tired from waiting on the median on 75. We came home and just wanted to veg on the couch. So THAT is why I was not able to be a part of the festivities at Lisa's. Maybe you get it, maybe you will still give me a hard time, but that was what I felt like doing with the remainder of my night! Next time I would love to hang out though.
So today is cleaning, car washing (the one that is working anyway) and getting ready to go to this "Hope Hospice" Ball thingy. It will be fun to dress up and pretend to be rich and important for a night. Then tommorrow is Phantom at 6:30, dinner beforehand etc etc with his parents. Should be fun. I've seen it before and it wasn't my FAVORITE but it will still be fun to go. Then Monday is the dentist (woo-woo!) and getting stuff together for the upcoming week.
I would like to report, in case anyone is curious, if a dog eats an entire unpopped bag of extra butter popcorn, then no, his poop does NOT smell like like butter popcorn, it smells like nasty poop with bright yellow corn kernels in it. This kernel-laden poop also tends to be a bit uncontrolable and can be pooped out at any gien moment. So for those of you who were possibly thinking "Maybe I will feed my dog unpopped butter popcorn to freshen his poop..." Think again! (although I obviously did not FEED this to him, it was discovered by the Poopmeister while I was gone. Ok, on that note, have a fabulous weekend!
