1.  Perhaps the only thing I like as much as putting up a Christmas tree is taking it down.  Good riddance.

2.  Stuck my kiddos in the Y's childcare for an hour today.  Went running on a machine until my legs tingled and then had the whole sauna to myself until my legs tingled.  Solo saunas are....  hot.  Just sayin'.
