female advice

Warning: Guys may want to skip this post because I know you don't like this topic. Besides I only know of like maybe two guys who might read this.

Okay ladies here is my advice that I want to share with you and some of you may already know it. Earlier I had some really bad cramps and I had once heard that bananas help with that sort of thing. I was at the farm and my grandma had a banana that need to get eaten and I decide to try this theory. I only ate half of the banana because I had just finished dinner and did not really want to eat any more. But the banana really helped! The crampping and back pain decreased, probably from the potassium. After awhile I took some Midol also to help out just in case so that I won't feel sick when I go to work in an hour. The other theory I have devoleped in the past is to drink lots and lots of water. I have not had that much water yet, I had to drink quite a bit of water to get the pills down and I plan to constantly drink water while at work. Just thought I should share that bit of advice with some other females because we all get those days once in awhile.
