My street turns into a weird, weird place twice a year. At the beginning of summer (not the technical one, but when people start wearing skimpy stuff) and at the end of it, there's a big sidewalk sale/street festival. Cripes. I just found my friend's wedding gift registry. It's so weird to think of buying him that sort of stuff. Tool sets, small appliances, 'honey'-coloured bathroom sets. How bizarre.
