Number 3 is impossible?! I just assumed it involved the use of superpowers, timetravel or clone bodies that are psychically linked together... But you're saying stories that have this happen do not mean to imply one of the previous things? My world view is shattered forever.

Oh, god, AFF.net. The only good/decent smut I've ever read there was stuff that I'd already read elsewhere. Practically everything else is just dreck - physically painful to contemplate (moar lube nao plz, boobs and cock don't work that way, etc.) and mentally painful to read, because of the terrible spelling and grammar.
