[Sheldon had to make a stop at the temple. Not that he wanted to be there. He had to be there to make sure that everything was going okay even if it was in appearance only. He noticed a book on a staircase hidden in the corner and picks it up.
One of the temple virgins spots him to talk to him. He quickly turns around and slips the book in his message sack which often times acts as a collection of evidence. He's been "patrolling" the site where the 5 murders happened and even that was a front. He didn't read the cover of the book. He didn't have the time. He addressed the temple virgin with a lack of interest to her and moved on. He has a girlfriend now so what was the point in flirting.
After a few minutes of checking things over, he leaves and returns to the police station to fill out his paper work and return his rifle. What he looked forward to at the end of the day was seeing Giselle and getting his projects done. One of them was a simple present that he was making for Valentine's Day even though he thought the holiday was a bit pointless. Giselle looked forward to it so that reason made it important.
Once inside his apartment, he slips the book out of his messenger's bag and reads the title.]
Mein Kampf? Holy....Ha ha! Okay, now this is getting funny.
[He opens the cover and begins to read it. Even though his German is rusty, decoding it shouldn't be that hard for interpretive reasons. After all, languages were codes only strung together to form a syntax that was able to be understood by the masses. This wasn't any different than relearning Russian...which was a challenge.]
