Persephone called 911 tonight

How she figured out 911-talk is beyond me. anyway, the nice police showed up within two minutes of Persephone getting the phone (not exaggerating) and we had a nice conversation trying to figure out how 911 was called from the apartment.
They didn't have 11 month sized handcuffs, so she wasn't tossed into the hoosegow.
No more phone privileges for the baby.
