Goodbye 2008, Hello 2009
Went to Yihua's place for dinner today, to celebrate my only fren's bday. Happy Birthday my only fren! haha
enjoyable dinner, with lots of laughs...some pictures...simple food, great cake...
i think this diet thing is getting to me...im really slowly exercising control haha as in usually, facing such great choc cake, it will be hard to resist another piece, especially when the 1st was kind of small..but i resisted it! haha *pat on the head* good job daphne! haha
then the girls left slowly, leaving me, louise and the bday girl...
we then headed for ECP. My idea haha. to go see the Ships and their Signal Flares. Something that Daniel introduced me to haha so i tot this yr, i shd go see stg diff and since Louise drove, so we went! ok lulu prob wanna kill me for that haha cos e traffic jam was really bad, but hey, it wasn't that bad afterall right? stg we all never see before isn't it? haha

Ok it's kind of blur, Yihua prob have a clearer picture in her cam. Those in the air are the signal flares that the ships release into the air. the row of lights below are all the ships. A pretty sight. Something new for sure, i've never seen this before...but of cos, e real fireworks are prettier lar...but hey, at least i see stg different! haha
will i go back again next yr? hmm...unlikely haha, unless of cos it's with someone special...who owns a car! haha
then we went to Bugis Liang Seah St for drinks...it was crowded everywhere, so we went to Crystal Jade Cafe. Order desserts and drinks.
I ordered the mango smoothie and this, Grass Jelly with Mango Pomelo with Sago and Strawberries. Interesting combo. quite a nice taste, refreshing lar...
then we chatted for while and headed home...feeling sleepy already, but waiting for hair to dry haha so ya, decided i shall come online and blog a little.
