Not coming Here Again
.... Unless I've full control of my chart. The staff should be recording all fluids in to me, and more importantly out. Due to what seemed like a lack of flow my fluids have been upped so high I am completely swollen and bloated. Issue is I am draining GREAT! The nurses have on average recorded 1/4 to 1/2 of my urination and less of my surgical drains. The results are my left arm in this picture.
