Tomorrow's the Big Payoff
So it's been 5 days since Blitz day and i figured i'd write up a quick one b4 i hit the showers and went to bed.
Last night, it was a good time when i had Amber come over and we ate Pizza and watched Deuce Bigelow : European Gigolo and that was pretty funny so if u can tolerate stupid funny slapstick type comedies, u might wanna check it out.
It was cool hangin with her tho, first time when it was just one on one and we got to talk alot and that was all good.
The other night, i believe it was...Sunday, Justin came over and talked about him and his girlfriend breakin up which sucks and then i took him with me to pick up marsh once he got off and he had me stop at wendys so he could get food and he was givin the drivethru lady a hard time which was hilarious and then we came back home and chilled til 5 am doin shit and then he went home and i went to sleep.
I signed up for work on Friday, i'm comin in and workin Softlines (clothes) from 8-5 and the good thing was it was Overtime so i was like hell, why not?
I get off at 5 and then Amber and I talked about meetin up and goin bowling somewhere, so that should be pretty "flippin sweet". (Napoleon Dynamite cheap plug)
I worked 2-11 today but my asst manager let us out early, at least a handful of us anyway, i was told i could go after i got rid of my trash and i punched out at 9:55 and chatted with Dennis after he punched in and then i hear " Hey Drew, i'm comin to ur party! " and i turn around like Huh? and i saw Angela running by and she said she had to go to the bathroom and i'm like wow? Alright, sweet.
As far as the party goes, it's definitely looking up for me. I got about 17 people confirmed to appear and more on the way as the days progress cuz i still have til December 11th til Showtime and i can't wait.
I sent more messages encouraging those who were coming to bring a friend along so they wouldn't have to feel left out amongst all of my people that will be going, so that should be interesting.
I planned on takin Ashley & Amber (different amber) out on their birthday, for like dinner and a movie type thing but Ashley told me in my last entry that i guess her family has somethin planned for them and they won't be able to do that but she's gonna keep me posted in case anything changes.
Even tho if say that doesn't happen for that day, i could always figure out somethin else cuz i wanted to do that for them, gives them a chance to really have a good time and truely enjoy their birthday for a change.
I had to go out n push carts for an hour tonight, i'm kinda sore from that. It really kicked my ass, cuz i was pushin so hard and had so many goin in a line at once, but it's in my nature considering the fact that i'm always overworking myself and it's not like i can do anything less because that's not like me at all.
Luckily, that was cut short due to the fact that they needed me back in my dpt cuz someone wanted paint mixed and that didn't happen cuz we didn't have the base that he wanted so oh well.
Finally tracked down a John Cena figure today, the only one at my work and i flipped out once i saw it, i ran right to the bathroom and called marsh and left a message tellin him that it was there and he should try finding a way to get up there and i kept my eyes on it the best i could and i called back a lil later to let em know it was still there but he still wasn't answering so i called Dad and had him come to pick it up and he did get it and once i talked to Marsh, he said he was really happy and it kicked ass so i was glad i got that for him because if i waited, or hadn't looked, it would've slipped thru our fingers yet again.
Well, i figure that's about enough for me. I covered all the big points of the past week that i really care about mentioning, and i'm gonna go get cleaned up and head to bed cuz i gotta wake up early so i can get my check and go cash that fat thing.
